Hey guys, it's Alan, P.A. from Shah Aesthetics. Just wanted to jump on here and to talk a little bit about new procedures that we're actually going to be introducing into our office. They are going to be typically catered for our males who are suffering from erectile dysfunction. It is one of the most common predicaments that is faced by men throughout many ages. It doesn't have to be older men. It could be a continuum. One of the treatments that we are introducing are PRP injections. PRP injections are really important because they're extremely rich and growth factors and regulatory proteins that when you do provide that type of nourishment into the area, that could promote blood flow, um, and encourage longer lasting erections. Because what males struggle with when they do have erectile dysfunction is either getting an an erection or maintaining one for longer periods of time in order to get good sexual function.

Another treatment that we're, uh, introducing into the office is called shock wave therapy. Shockwave therapy is essentially going to be a wand device that is going to exude acoustic energy or sound energy that is going to pulse throughout the shaft of the penis. And what that does is cause micro tears, and with those micro tears, the body is then stimulated to produce growth factors and factors that essentially encourage new blood vessels to form around the area. And with new blood vessels, there's more blood perfusion, more oxygen, meaning that you will be able to get a much better erection than you've had before.
